- To register as a HeartAtHome member, you must be unmarried (never married, divorced, or widowed) and 21 years of age or older.
- You must provide accurate personal information with honesty and responsibility.
- We will keep your personal information confidential and use it only for providing you with our services.
- We will not disclose your personal information to your match unless you agree.
- While using our system, you must take responsibility for the information or opinions you provide for HeartAtHome or for other members.
- Our role is only to provide the channel for members to match and date; you must maintain an attitude of honesty and prudence during the course of the relationship and take responsibility for the development and result of the relationship.
- Members must notify HeartAtHome before getting married, so that HeartAtHome can stop the matching service for you and send you a wedding present to congratulate you.
- We believe that every matched member should date only one person at a time with honesty and focus. If a matched member wishes to restart the matching process, he/she must first kindly conclude the previous relationship and inform HeartAtHome. We will find a new match for you as soon as possible.
- For better service quality and broader range of HeartAtHome, we ask that you agree to allow us to use your anonymous information for research and sharing purposes.
- HeartAtHome owns the complete copyright and all its contents. Unauthorized revision and publishing are prohibited.
- This “Terms of Use” will serve as the formal agreement between HeartAtHome and its members. You are required to read thoroughly and express your agreement toward all of its contents before you can become a registered member.
- The fee is nonrefundable if any of the above is violated or if you or your match decides to end the relationship.

- 在與您的配對交往時，會員之間相互傳送或傳送給緣滿的電子郵件內容，以及公佈在緣滿之言論，皆由發言之會員自行負責。
- 我們僅提供會員配對及交往的管道，您須以坦誠及謹慎的態度和配對之友交往，最後並負責交往過程的進展及結果。
- 當會員已決定結婚時須在婚前通知緣滿，以便停止您的配對服務，並贈送禮物祝賀您們。
- 我們認為配對會員每次都應真誠、專注地只與一位對象直接交往。配對會
員若想重新啟動配對服務時，須先善意地與之前的配對對象結束交往，並請告知緣滿，我們會儘快知會新的配對會員成為交往對象。
- 為提昇並推廣緣滿的服務品質與範圍，會員同意以匿名的方式，將相關資料作為未來統計研究及分析報導之使用。
- 緣滿所有的內容全屬HeartAtHome之智慧財產權，會員未經書面允許授權不可自行修改、抄襲或出版。
- 若因違反本「承諾與聲明」之約定而被緣滿終止會員資格，以及會員自行或 由配對另一方提出終止交往時，該名會員不得要求退費
- 上列各項「承諾與聲明」係作為緣滿與會員之間的正式「同意書」，您需詳閱並表示接受其全部內容之後，才能進行登錄會員的程序
